Points to Note:

1. a) For Classes VI-VIII, the examination for the third language- Sanskrit/ French/ Mandarin/ German will be held on Friday, 13 September 2019.

    b) Monday, 16 September 2019 & Tuesday, 17 September 2019 will be preparatorry leave for Classes Vi to XII.

    c) The schedule of practical exams for Classes XI and XII will be displayed on the class notice board. Students are requested to make a note of the same.

2. the timings of the day of examination will be from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Students will be given 15 minutes of reading time at the beginning of the examination, before attempting to answer the questions. The school buses will leave the school campus at 11:45 a.m. every day during the Mid-Term Examination. Students should not come to school on the days when they do not an examination.

3. THE SYLLABUS FOR THE MID-TERM EXAMINATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE www.tagoreint.com w.e.f. Friday, 16 August 2019.

4. The cafeteria will remain closed during the Mid-Term Examination.

RULES OF THE EXAMINATION:

1. During the examination there must be no communication between students in writing, speech or gesture once they enter the examination room. A student who resorts to any kind of malpractice during the examination will be awarded ZERO for that particular subject. NO request will be entertained for showing any leniency in such cases.
2. BRINGING MOBILE PHONES TO SCHOOL DURING THE EXAMINATIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR ALL STUDENTS.
3. As per the new examination guidelines issued by CBSE, possession of any electronic item, written material, books, notes etc. will be considered as an attempt to cheat and will result in strict action being taken against the erring student.
4. Students must not write anything on the question paper except for their name and roll number. No rough work or calculations should be done on the question paper. Any violation of this rule will be viewed seriously.
5. Students must bring their own stationery. They will not be allowed to borrow any stationery during the examination.

The report cards of Classes VI to XII will be given to parents ONLY on Saturday, 19 October 2019 between 8:30 am and 12:00 noon.

Kindly submit the duly filled consent form to the class teacher latest by Thursday, 22 August 2019.
