Points to Note:

 

  1. The timings for the examination will be from 8:00 am to 11:30 am. Buses will leave the school at 11:45 am. The students should not come to school on the days when they don’t have an examination.
  1. There must be no communication between students in writing, speech or gesture once they enter the examination room. A student who resorts to any kind of malpractice during the examination will be awarded ZERO for that particular subject and will be suspended from appearing in the rest of the papers. NO request will be entertained for showing any leniency in such cases.
  2. BRINGING MOBILE PHONES TO SCHOOL DURING THE EXAMINATIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR ALL STUDENTS.
  3. As per the new examination guidelines issued by CBSE, possession of mobile phones, calculators, written  material, books, notes etc. will be considered as an attempt to cheat and will result in strict action being taken against the erring student.
  4. Students must not write anything on the question paper except for their name and roll number. No Rough Work or calculation should be done on the question paper. Any violation of this rule will result in strict action.
  5. Students must bring their own stationery. They will not be allowed to borrow any stationery item during examination.
  6. Students will have preparatory leave from Saturday, 23 February 2019.
  7. The third language exam for Classes VI to VIII will be held on Friday, 22 February 2019 during the school hours.
  8. Result will be declared on Saturday, 23 March 2019. Report card will be given to the parents only.
