1.  (a) For Classes VI- VIII the exam for the third language –

         Sanskrit / French/ Mandarin will  be held on : Thursday 13 Sept’18

    (b) Computer Applications paper for class IX will be  held on Thursday 13 Sept’18

    (c) Sixth subject examination for classes XI and XII will be held on Monday 01 Oct’18

2.  Friday 14 Sept.’18 to Monday 17 Sept.’18 will be preparatory leave for Classes VI to XII.

3.  The schedule for Science Practical exams for classes XI and XII will be displayed on the class notice boards. Students are requested to make a note of the same.

4.  The timings on the day of examination will be from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Students will be given 15 minutes of reading time at the beginning of the examination before attempting to answer the questions. The school buses will leave at 11:45 am everyday during the Half Yearly Examination.  The students do not have to come to school on the days they do not have an examination.

5.  There must be no communication between students in writing, speech or gesture once they enter the examination room. A student who resorts to any kind of malpractice during the examination will be awarded ZERO for that particular subject and will be suspended from appearing in the rest of the papers. NO request will be entertained for showing any leniency in such cases.

6.  BRINGING MOBILE PHONES TO SCHOOL DURING THE EXAMINATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR ALL STUDENTS.

7.  As per the new examination guidelines issued by CBSE, possession of  mobile phones, calculators ,   written material, books, notes etc will be considered as an attempt to cheat and will result in strict   action being   taken  against the erring students.

8.  Students must not write anything on the question paper except for their name and roll number.  No rough work or calculation should be done on the question paper. Any violation of this rule will result in strict action.

9.   Use of pencil is only permitted for making diagrams. A pen should be used for all other purposes.

10. The syllabus for the Half Yearly Examination will be available oN THE school website www.tagoreint.com w.e.f. MONday 20 August 2018.

11. The cafeteria will remain closed during the Half Yearly Examination.

12. The report cards of students of classes VI to XII will be given to parents ONLY on Sat. 27 Oct.’18 between 8:15 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

13. Regular school for all classes will start from Monday 01 Oct.’18.

14. No extended leave after Dussehra holidays (Wed 17 oct.’18 to Sat.20 Oct.’18) and Diwali holidays (mon 5 nov. to sat 10 nov.’18) will be entertained under any circumstances.  Students are expected to attend school immediately after these holidays.
